The problem with using a variant of hell/hells is that Scourge Warlocks can also draw their powers from the Far Realm, instead of just making a pact with a devil. The Coven or The Shadows both work, because they can be applied to either source of power.

I'm new to NWO, and I want to go this route with my TR. As I have decided to go Human, I'm not exactly sure which group of pre-rolled attributes to take. Right now I am looking at choosing the bonus to Con, with the attribute set of Str 13, Con 12, 18 Dex, 10 Int, 8 Wis, and 13 Cha. 13 Con seems to be the highest I can get…
