It was from a guild account but yea. Sounds like it was my settings.

It may be up to a week before i can check. But i’ll try to steal some time to get on and look.

So i have a “bane of the incorporated” item from after AI became an adventure. I can’t do anything with it. I tried to exchange it for AD but the store merchant says “you do not have enough acquisitions incorporated campaign completion” But it looks exactly like the campaign completion token.

-No error message. -I think I’m set to invisible, not sure. -Never mailed myself. -never had a problem until my first toon was deleted. -never changed gamertag nor does it have non-standard characters. So it may be because i’m invisible gamer profile i guess?

Only time I’ve noticed is when my guild or another player tries to send me something. Like the example i gave. I’m told it “bounces back” to the sender. I keep my mailbox empty.

My toons are all level 20. I’ll check the settings again. Maybe i changed it by accident but it was ok last time i checked.
