and with the latest patch no fix for the mail.... Not be able to send or receive mail is getting to be very discerning... Maybe escalating the ticket in another way might be advised ... ?

And yet again no fix for the "Mail Bug" as determined by your own CSR's. Having game say mail full and nothing is on any character and not being able to receive or send mail to the account is BS.

Ok at least now I know it is not an isolated problem, its probably more than one other that is having this issue as well. Now the ultimate ? is if and when they going to fix this issue. been over a week I have had this problem.

Anyone else notice the lack of an Administrator, Monitor or Community Manager <anyone official>, Saying anything .... It's the old adage if we don't admit to an issue .. Everything working as intended.
