• Where in Protector's Enclave can I buy runestones. I can not find anyone selling rank 1 runestones! Enchantments yes but runes no.

• What is RNG. I see it all the time? I am convinced that 1-I did not spend enough real money to trigger it 2- my build cannot get yeti 3- there is a level limit and I am over it.
