How did you feed the mead? Did you do one at a time in 70 different days? Or, do 70 times in one shot within a few minutes?
If you consider you are very unlucky, you can sell the yeti treats to AH and use the AD to buy a yeti from AH.

What is RNG. I see it all the time? I am convinced that 1-I did not spend enough real money to trigger it 2- my build cannot get yeti 3- there is a level limit and I am over it.
The Yeti Treat gives you a chance to get the Yeti. It's a very small chance and has nothing to do with cash spent, builds or levels (?). Bypass the small chance and sell any treats you get on the AH. Save the money and buy a yeti on the AH. It will be a lot faster and less aggravating.

Not to be a dealbreaker, but the Yeti's active bonus (damage bonus when hit) is bugged and does not give any bonus damage.
