• This is happening to me, too. But it's been going on for a week. Support said they can't help since it sounds like a connection issue, but my connection is fine. I've already tried re-installing with no luck, but I'll try deleting my profile, too.

• Did you find a fix for this? I haven't been able to log in since last weekend over this issue. I've tried clearing cache, restarting my router, and even re-installing the game. Nothing works.
