I help when it looks like they need it, but otherwise I hang back. I can blow up an entire group with one button, so I try not to just nuke everything.
Same here, but I screw around when running with lowbies. I like to look for spots where I can jump/teleport to where I'm not supposed to be, air guitar during boss fights and just generally entertain myself. Having done the various dungeons many times already I find it more beneficial to keep the experience fresh by…
I personally like Steal Time, the trick to it is knowing where to not stand. The casting can be a little wonky, and for some reason I occasionally look like I'm doing a weird dance and the power doesn't fire but a well placed Steal Time is great for filling the screen with giant orange numbers.
Learn how to cancel your animations, OP. The key is shifting, and sometimes you need to practice timing but that's what a dummy is for. Gushing Wound and Cordon of Arrows are good to practice with, you can shave a few seconds each time you use either of them and when you get good at timing your shifting, being frozen in…
If you want to win at PvP you have to use their strategies against them, OP. Buy the better enchants, pot up and show no mercy. Since you're on PS4, hit me up sometime if you find yourself needing a shotgun wizard in the arena.
Anything outside of the comfort zone, up to and including anything that may increase party efficiency is a red flag and a point to cry about. It's not a class issue either, no matter what you play as tears will be shed if you don't fit in a particular mold or have a particular bauble or whatever. I run CN all the time too,…
Either a token or an option that can be toggled in the main menu would solve the issue for both sides, so people who like to quest and pretend they're an elf irl can do so, and the rest of us can spend our time running content we actually like. I'm sure there's a fun hating reason why this is a bad idea and why we should…
In the storyline I'm a superhero, but ingame I'm an air guitar playing nerd in an orange cape with a purple hat. I also drink a lot. You can't use the storyline which disregards gameplay mechanics to justify gameplay mechanics. Well, I guess you can if you really want to, but you'll be wrong.
This build is seriously fun and I enjoy playing it, but I gotta say, it's only good with people you know. Strangers see mediocrity despite the benefits it brings to the table(paingiver is only thing that matters, etc.), so I've got it as my backup loadout with friends. The meathead face melting wizard is nothing if not…
But I don't want to use my imagination! Quests are boring the third and fourth time around and no matter how you look at it we're grinding away whether it stays like this or we get visited by the quality of life fairy. I'm doing these things either way, I just moan loudly from time to time.
I would have preferred "because reasons", personal achievement means absolutely nothing to anyone, especially after their 3rd time running through Sharandar for boons.
Warborn gives bonus tenacity for 2 pieces. You can substitute something from the burning set (assuming you've been doing this for a bit) for the head slot until you can unlock the higher tier gear. You can buy 2 pieces of Warborn with bars and then get the gloves, and viola! You have your main gear slots covered in…
>Currently, absolutely no amount of advice or research can make a new player competitive, or even slightly useful, in PvP. Maybe not against an entire team of maxed out people, but that's an extreme example. We use a great deal of extreme examples around here I've noticed.
No gear, buffs, or boons? That removes a large portion of strategy from the equation, and if it were implemented we would still be left with cheese powers, but then there would be no way to soften the blow from said cheese. Balanced powers across all classes would go a long way to fixing things, but the likelihood of that…
You might experience better luck with the spheres by sticking to the left side of the tunnel and jumping over the logs, that seems to be the worst of the entire run, at least for my groups. I hope your luck improves.
Pretty much this, but in my case I can't stop laughing when it does happen. I think the goal with the reflect mobs is to get us to be a bit more methodical when dealing with them instead of just trying to burn through everything as fast as possible. A Paladin in the group helps out a lot too.
There are far better options for the mastery slot that do not require basically giving up an encounter for Shield. Conduit of Ice, for example. Shield is very effective but has limited applications and can often be replaced by other powers for greater utility, especially in PvE.

They summon clones which attack the target at all sides (does little damage, but bypasses shield I guess?) and also does a…
> @wintersmoke said > > People have incentive to play now, but they're not. It is almost completely impossible to earn enuff glory for the current PvP gear unless you are in a PvP guild. If you are not in one of those guilds, you are likely never going to win enuff to "earn" that gear. People who refuse to play tried it…
