99% of existing MMORPGs has this system or similar and it is rewarding. You want to have something different in this game but it is not working. It is better stick with known system than try to create something unique but worse.

Even with "Give every single person a purple drop" you would have to do MUCH MORE dungeons to get fully equiped than 4. Every chest can drop 4 purple, usualy you want 2 and getting purple from it is not guaranteed. You have to run every dungeon at least 6 times to get everything you want from ONE dungeon. What? Do you even play game? :-D No one would get fully equiped 9200 in 4 dungeons... You whant to defend delves but you cant with bad arguments like this... As you can see from reactions of players most of them do not like delves. Players are not satisfied.

You mean one dungeon delve per day whenever you log in? This could really be good compromise. Maybe just one time would not be enough. Just do not let people to sell T gear in AH. Everyone will get fully equipped at obscenely fast rate if he can just buy everything. But not enough people see it like you. Especialy for T2 dungeons. So it is much harder to find group without DD. Even in guild. And i am in big active guild :-D No DD no reason to do go for most people.

But dungeons are something what will be always heavily played. It is only way how to obtain PVE gear (You can buy it in AH, but still someone has to drop it in dungeon first). Yes people are new in game and do not know how to spec so charge 6 dolars for every respec they have to do becouse they are no experts... Respec is core function in every RPG and no qualite game charge real money or months farming for it.

This fight does not need nerf. Today we did it becouse we accidently found tactic :-D. Mystic are hard to kill but it is possible tu push them of cliff. So you can easly kill them in few sec they spawn :-)

I don't even remember how many attemps i had and never succeded. This fight is not about ,,Kill mobs" or ,,Stay out of red" This is only about HUGE luck. And LFG tool is useless here.
