Btw, there's something I want to add. They somehow bypassed the Account Guard system, because there's no recent activity on my e-mail account, so the code providing account access never arrived. Means they skipped the code request for new computers and went directly to my characters.
Looking forward for the response, hope they can rollback my account, that would really help to recover all my stuff. My sincere thanks for your concern.
I already submit a support ticket with all the issue, date and time this occurred. Also did a whole scan in my computer with my antivirus and anti-malware software, and nothing popped up, so I changed all of my passwords from this and all other games accounts.
