Hi everybody, today (3 or 4 hours ago) my account has been hacked in some sort of way that I don't know. I want to say that I'm the kind of guy that ALWAYS is taking care of my account's security, and I've never had an issue in any other game of this type because I'm really really careful with them, however it happened and lost about 300-400 bucks I had in gear and stuff for selling, like my 3 Thayan Books of the Dead that was saving for sell when the Unearthed box expires (at 4 mil each, that would be 12 mil AD worth).
I haven't downloaded any suspicious software or surfed unwanted websites. Actually I used to just login to facebook and open up NW client, that's it, nothing else done with my computer.
I'm totally disencouraged to play now, there's no point on keep on playing this, and thinking about the money spent here, wasted this way, makes me really sad.
I hope Cryptic would help me in any way, however I really doubt they can get anything back.

Contact support, I've heard they can rollback your account to before you got hacked. It will take a few days, but from what I hear they usually do respond at some point.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
I already submit a support ticket with all the issue, date and time this occurred. Also did a whole scan in my computer with my antivirus and anti-malware software, and nothing popped up, so I changed all of my passwords from this and all other games accounts.

All you can do is wait for a response. It will take a few days and the fix involve rolling back your account, but they will get it done. At least from what I've heard, luckily it has never happened to me.

Btw, there's something I want to add. They somehow bypassed the Account Guard system, because there's no recent activity on my e-mail account, so the code providing account access never arrived. Means they skipped the code request for new computers and went directly to my characters.
