Ok, update. I've been using the App Launcher v3 in Windows 7 to launch the game, I have since it came out. I tried launching it directly from the install folder, and I was able to get in. I tried updating the App Launcher, and the game still crashes. So, I at least have a work around, but something in the launcher update…

Same here, both of my characters are stuck trying to load into Protector's Enclave.

Yep, I've seen the exact same thing. I should have a few thousand more RAD from my Leadership missions, but I've yet to get it. I want to check if it's all "physical" goods rewards, or just RAD, but I can't log into the game yet.
