12 runs yesterday and 11 today no token. Stuck at 5 tokens when I should have 6 since I had 3 at the start of this event.

I have this too. Have submitted my second bug report on it. Successfully submitted ticket ID #4,812,544. All crystals destroyed. Quest objective is Destroy the Last Crystal. Unable to interact with the ice wall to break into the last room to complete the quest.

I have this issue too. Contacted GM and they said there is nothing they can do. My adventurer is greyed out. If you hover over her or the tools it says "Requires profession level: 1"
