Its not just in PvP its in all queued gametypes that this is happening. At least in PvE cases you can quikcly logout & back in and then the "rejoin instance" button is available.

I agree, IMHO this is the best solution so long as founders/promo items can just be re-collected from the founders vendor, I wouldnt like to lose my PC Gamer mount.
