PVP Bug Not transporting to Instance

I joined the PVP queue and it put me to a party but i did not teleport to the instance. On top of that I could not leave party.

    Please fix its happening alot tons of uneven pvp. I haven't entered a full 5v5. It acts like its going to patch and never finds the files. After 120 secs u dc

    Since the latest patch I have the same problem.
    Im queing up for a pvp match, I did not teleport to the instance and cant leave the group and sometimes theres no group at all.
    Trying to reque for a match, will give me the message "your instance is still active, cant que for another match"

    This is happening almost everyday many times..

    If I have the control button pressed, or if I press control during transportation or immediately after getting in I'll be kicked out of PvP and returned to non-PvP and I'll be in the group unable to leave it until after the match ends and unable to join anything else cause of it. I play PvP all the time, and have leveled up to level 50 almost entirely through it so I'm well aware of this issue and the control button being problematic.

    Its not just in PvP its in all queued gametypes that this is happening. At least in PvE cases you can quikcly logout & back in and then the "rejoin instance" button is available.
