well as I said I have the requirements and it is blacked out saying you need to unlock rank 4. yet to unlock rank 4 you need to do the quest. yes clearly a bug and I submitted a report. yet no reply.... imagine that

If you are only looking at paingiver and not the rest your not using it correctly.

Happened to me twice in a row... It took its time loading different instances and no favors times were 11pm PST and 12am instance 1 and 3
