Black ice forge rank 4?

Finished getting to 70. finished the quest line. How do I open the black ice forge rank 4 level?! I have the required black ice and doodley doos. Now what?

    Won't the task start? (Can't try it myself. Not enough doodley doos.)

    Nope still blacked out and I was hoping for a way to open it in the campaign panel but nope also talked to everyone in caer conig and nope

    No, the intent is pretty obviously for you to do the training task in the profession.

    These are the "captain obvious" questions but you do have a profession slot free and any other required assets?

    If all of the above is true, then it's possible there's a bug in the profession itself.

    well as I said I have the requirements and it is blacked out saying you need to unlock rank 4. yet to unlock rank 4 you need to do the quest. yes clearly a bug and I submitted a report. yet no reply.... imagine that

    I'd like to see the patch note for that:

    Items and Economy
    Renamed Unified Elements to Doodley Doos. Just because.

    There are two upgrades, one rank 3 and one rank 4. Are you trying the rank 3 one that need 50,000 black ice and 10 unified elements, or the rank 4 one that needs 25000 and 5?

    Seriously, OP wouldn't try a rank 4 task while still being rank 3.
    (I'm still missing a few united elements myself to try, but only the button 'Start Task' is grayed out)
