sounds like you might be in one of the 3 zones that have that loading bug (Helms Hold since you are in the 30's) You can make a ticket at support.arcgames.com (or email message) and I think they can forcefully move your character to another area, which should resolve the problem. Overwatch had this same problem on PS4 with one of their updates. I believe the error is a mixture of both an issue on Sony's end and the video game itself. I believe on reddit someone got a response back from support (they linked the message) and support said the devs were aware of the problem and will fix it via a hotfix. same happen to me. I am sure they are just logging the issues and figuring out the cause before the post an answer. Perhaps might even be waiting until official launch (the 19th) to put out a patch fixing it? Fingers crossed!! :smiley:
