I am having a similar issue. I had stacked insignias in my shared bank. Double-clicked them to bring them to my personal inventory and the insignias spread out to individual spots. The insignias will no longer stack.

I tested the Forger's Box with my alts and had my daughter test her account's toon. It seems to be problematic with Rangers. Her Ranger did not receive the Power buff either. The test on the Warlock, Paladin, Barbarian, and Fighter all seemed to keep the Power buff. The test was rather quick with a couple of mob fights.

I will be more than happy to clarify. My mythic Forger's Box is in the potion tray. When I activate it by pressing the appropriate number key, sometimes the 3% Power buff is added and sometimes it's not. When it is added, I find the buff disappears at random. I check after a fight to discover the 3% Power buff is gone. At…

I can confirm I won a Dagger from the Mancoins Bank Heist last week. It does drop.

Since MOD 20 dropped, my Ranger now displays the error "You must equip a weapon" with the loud noise. I wonder if all Rangers are having this issue like the Paladins did some time ago.

I can also confirm that discarding the portal stone will eliminate this message from popping up.

UPDATE: I've uninstalled the game from Arc and loaded the game again. The issue persists. My daughter's account works fine. Still the only thing consistent is that characters in PE will not load. All characters not in PE will load fine.

ADDITIONAL INFO: My daughter's account loads into Yawing Portal and Mantol-Derith, while my characters with issues are trying to log into Protector's Enclave. My two working characters are successfully logging into Avernus.
