Insignias - Stacking issue and other

Insignias from the new lockbox don't appear to stack with any (the only kind) of previous insignias of the same type.
E.g an (Epic) Crescent Insignia of Evasion pulled from the new lockbox does not stack with the exact same type aquired from anything previous. I've been able to replaicate this issue with several others, all from the new lockbox.
This has been an on-going issue for years with various items but is new to Insignias. Can we please nip this in the bud, it's an annoynance to have anything up to 4 seperate stacks of an item because they were coded? differently when they are infact the exact same item, preservation wards and coalescent wards are two major culprits here, amongst many others.
This could be related to the mod 22 un-stacking of old enchantments, where any old enchantment that can be exchanged for new/tokens will no longer stack, old enchantments that can't be exchanged appear to stackable still. On a side note, I have seen a number of alt characters receive a mail with removed enchants that also include green insignias, I have no idea why, 1 character had 2 green character bound insignias given along side the old enchants and anoher had a single unbound green insignia. As these were bank alts I have no re-collection if an enchant has been exchanged for a green insignia or something else has messed up here. I'm not particularly bothered about potential loss other than it becoming a bigger problem down the line.

I noticed that insignias which are retrieved after M22 release stacked correctly. The ones which I retrieved before M22 no longer stack. All of them are retrieved from the same source.
