Until this is fixed, lot on everything and sell or if you win, give to the person on the team that can use it. Otherwise too many ninja looters will lot on everything and you and your team will get screwed by playing by an unofficial rule that can't presently be enforced.

I agree with this thread. Given that you can quickly get better gear from dungeons and PVP crafting needs something. Until then, Leadership is the only one worth leveling, and barely worth it at that.

Are the seal vendors in Protector's Enclave or in certain zones?

Same here. Also, companion and enemies will randomly disappear while fighting. I have tried the quest many times including logging out and back in etc and still no luck. Also, I am stuck at lvl 28 with no other level appropriate quests that I can find.
