All i know that this started happening when they updated the hardware a couple of weeks ago. The night before they ""fixed"" the hardware I had no login or character change issues, the next day after the patch... laggy login servers and problems with changing toons

I am more inclined to think it is a Client Server Router issue, I say this as If I change character the issue can be resolved without restarting the game. Also the fact that when it happens you can see the NPC's CL_Server_***** label briefly suggest it is a latency from where the game calls its NPC file/names from.

Was about to buy more Zen, guess I won't now as the reason to buy it will be nurfed. If you really want to improve things, put all quest items in a quest list, stop trying to fill bags with zone quest items and keep the refining the way it is. and just in case this isn't clear to you..
