• Yeah, once you enter the building the scaling that normally makes you Level 70 breaks and makes you Level 60. I'm hoping this is a bug.

• I see, I read the thread at the time (it seems to have disappeared) and I was sure they were giving it out to all who transferred zen at that point... I spent my zen on a mount instead :/ Nevermind, it was only a vanity thing anyway :L
