Have the Drow Mercenary Companions been sent out yet?

Just for some background for those who don't know, there was a companion sale during the last week of December, and Cryptic ended the sale early accidentally; as a gesture of good will, they said they'd hand out Drow Mercenary Companions to everyone who transferred 800 zen or more after the sale ended but before it was meant to end as a "sorry" for missing out.

I was among one of the unlucky who missed out on getting a stone, and was expecting to get the Drow Merc, but as of yet I haven't received it.

Has anyone else?

This isn't a whine btw, this is a genuine question.

Yes, but only for those who transferred zen and bought a companion through support ticket.

Those of us who did the same (at least with purchasing the super pack at 12000z) but did'nt wait until the last minutes - don't qualify.
    Go figure.

    /this is not a whine.
    :)

I see, I read the thread at the time (it seems to have disappeared) and I was sure they were giving it out to all who transferred zen at that point... I spent my zen on a mount instead :/
Nevermind, it was only a vanity thing anyway :L

They are not sent out, but if you transferred Zen during that period, you should be able to pick up the merc from the reward claim agent now. So if you were expecting it to arrive in your mail, that's why you don't have it yet.

this was posted on 1/2/14 in the thread where the offer was made:
If you were eligible for the Drow Mercenary Companion, you may now claim it from the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave. Just look under the Promo tab. Thanks so much!

Is the companion account wide or just for one alt?
It follows therefore, that this young man will be as unfeeling, as unthinking as the dead, until the day he joins them.

As far as I know it's a account wide.

It's awful that some people that don't live in a certain PLace or had no opportunity to play that day (because apparently they need to sleep or work) couldn't get that companion. I need a rogue companion for SCA but unfortuantely I hate both halfling and wererat thieves and thus drow is the only option for me :|
Would be great if there will be another opportunity for people to get that companion in the future. And it would be even better if the devs warned us ingame or launcher about it that time :X

    Account-wide.

Vasdamas, are you just looking for a companion with high thievery skill, or trying to make a humanoid party for roleplaying? I find both the cat and stone of allure have enough thievery dice to be quite useful. So does the dire wolf, for that matter.

It happened in the hours between when the sale ended and when the sale was listed as ending.

Not even spending, just transferring 800 zen into Neverwinter allowed you to get the merc I think.

    Both RP and SCA wise.

I can beat theivery encounters with my faitful initiate, skeleton warrior or cold iron warrior as they have high thievery checks but still...pure theif would be much better.

Exactly how I felt about this latest cashgrab. I was silly enough to pump another $100 into this game for the companion offer, on time, and get shafted for being prompt. So only the people who put more money into the short window receive the bonus. Nice. It certainly seems premeditated to me.

Maybe the Swashbuckler from the upcoming SCA will be something suitable.

the stuff should have gone to ALL buyers during the promo... while this is only a "green" companion we are talking about here.... ACCOUNT WIDE companions are few and far between
I have to agree, my wife and I made sure to get the full pack early specifically in case something might go wrong during a final rush on the last day. Finding out that if we had just waited the little extra inconvenience would have resulted in a cool additional pet was very disappointing.

On the other hand, while I bought a companion pack in time, I had extra Zen sitting in My Wallet, waiting to accumulate for any kind of future transfer program or whatever. So I was able to take advantage of the offer, in spite of not being affected at all by the sale ending early. Well, much. I might have picked up another stone, but it can wait.
