Only Rogues who aren't very experienced with/good at PVP would say they are countered by CWs. Their only real problem is Guardian Fighters; they can take out any other class rather easily. Every class but CW has some form of sustained damage mitigation; CWs have their Shield, but its durability only lasts for one attack.…
It's pretty obvious Unstoppable needs some tweaking; slight cooldown would probably "balance" the class out. As a CW with endgame gear (multiple tenes, greater vorpal), I find it nearly impossible to beat a geared tanky (I think Sentinel skill tree?) GWF in a 1v1. Sometimes I get lucky and land an Ice Knife and burst them…
Matchmaking is a great idea, but it doesn't solve the problem of how dull and vapid PVP is with these insanely durable, insanely damaging classes with chain CC. Matches at lower level are more fun, because it doesn't come down to trying to instantly kill a target or frantically trying to avoid the beginning of a chain CC…
Pretty much agreed. The damage from top geared rogues is insane, and it's almost impossible to stop one from killing you as a CW; you basically need a psychic roll or two, or hope that there was another ally that attracted their attention. On top of all their damage, they have insane survivability. High level GWFs are…
The "rest of the population" was able to sell their shards for inflated prices, and buy lesser/normal/greaters for less than they usually cost. Yes, they're completely at a disadvantage now. It's sad how people are complaining about "irrevocable" damage to the economy. Sure, the AD dupe glitch was, but this is far from it.…
the window for shield burst/repel is actually a lot bigger than what people are making it out to be in this thread; just hit it later rather than sooner, and learn to use the visual/audio cues associated with the end of the singularity, it really isn't hard, unless you have lag spikes, which has happened to me on occasion.
