I should add that I have been playing on ps4 since release and have spent thousands...no kidding...on this game. This is not even close to being the first time they scammed me. I cannot and will not allow this one to fly.

To be honest until I read this I was under the impression that it had to be used every time I needed the tool, so yup I did that :( I did not, however, use it to summon a green tool because....well....why bother? I was given the advice from my ticket to post here and a solution would be worked on but I have had no response…
