Comission is charged when you start the task, and gold is not refunded when you cancel the task. Materials are refunded, but gold isn't. I would like to see this fixed too.

I opened a ticket about the same issue in the first day of the new module, and the response was "we cant do anything". How do I proceed to be able to use my primal weapon?

I understand devs were working on more pressing bugs, and with today's patch they will be addressed. After this they'll be able to look into our primal weapons bug.

I bought both the primal weapon and off-hand for my main char and in their description they stated "Bound (Account)". I even spent a little RP on them on my main char, to be sure they wouldnt change to BoC. Then I transferred them to my alts via bank to feed them with RP and upgrade to the blue quality. Do the credited ones stack with the unopened ones? Or if I still have unopened ones they'll consume one more bag space?

You could add some sort of compensation like what you did when the Lostmauth's set was fixed. It would be fair if players could trade their old sets for a choice of the new ones. Not saying that you should allow trading them for the new T3 set, it's just a path that could be taken into consideration.
