Hi, Your best bet would be to buy a cheap Artifact of union from the AH and upgrade it, then use that to upgrade your Lostmauth horn with you will get a further multiplier for refining the artifact into artifact.

That is a problem i have i am not in a high guild so i loose out on a lot of boon powers, but i understand where you are coming from GWF & SW's are very very strong, i am probably not meeting these very high item lvl guys haha

i disagree, with the right build you can out DPS anybody, i very rarely do not come 1st in edemo runs with full party's of 3.7k item level and higher players.

Hi what is your guild buy in price now ? was playing with a guy in PvP for ages yesterday saying it was 3 mil and a stronghold starter pack ?

i can also say this happens to me to, i tried in PvP and it works fine but the second i go back to PvE it switches straight back, my HR PvP build is now ruined :(

you have to use 70 points for the bottom skill to unlock to allow you to start unlocking the 4th power on each skill, so points from 71 onwards you will be able to unlock the 4th power

Certain things on xbox do run badly most dungeons and solo play is perfectly fine, but if you go to the well expect it to lag from time to time

Hello, Should have them unlocked now :neutral: once you hit 70 any extra power points can be spent on the 4th upgrade like you said, have your tried re booting your game? or changing characters and logging back in?.

I traded my Horn in for a tiamats orb, and my belt in for a valindra's belt. So far so good didnt loose much damage as the increase to INT from the belt Still have 24k power , 14k Crit 10k ARP

i have played neverwinter for the last year, i only installed the Arc app on my Xbox yesterday ( dont as me why lol ) and i have had no challeges completed at all ? does this mean i have to do them again or will they just pop up eventually ?
