I have the same problem. I bought the change appearance token and I went to the NPC but I can't change my toon's appearance because I can't see the character model. My High Vizier Set isn't working properly either. I can see it apply the debuff on mobs BUT I don't steal their defense which means it doesn't add to my defense. Please be careful about making statements like this some truly believe this is the only way to play. I was in a party with a CW today doing Epic Pirate.
