It's not a PvE build, if that's what you're talking about. For PvP it is simply better or equal. This is fact. If you have 40% crit (this is the average with critical teamwork, which you'd have to take to get overrun) and 75% severity (also average) and you are hitting 1500 with your Sly Flourish- Then after every crit…
I play CW, I'm 60, and I've done pretty much all of the endgame on my Rogue(11.7k), CW is at 9.9k GS. Whether or not I am a skilled player is irrelevant. Criticize the build and stop being an infant crying incessantly about how I haven't played CW under x circumstances for x amount of time. First-hand Experience =/=…
I didn't take Malevolent Surge, which is the least useful of all of the ones you get. So pretty much the same. The end feat doesn't affect me since I don't use CoI and when I have, I haven't really liked it. Excluding the end feat in my case, I'm pretty much left with Elemental Empowerment (Malevolent Surge is negligible)…
Figured it out for myself. Crit Strike is about 0.009% to 0.01% crit chance per point. So overall, crit strike is a lot better than power especially if you can get some severity enchantments.
I haven't managed to find an exact breakdown of powers bonuses yet. Is it really just 0.04 dmg per power? ...Would it possibly be more of a benefit to go full crit for armor instead? Most of the people that I've seen play my build have rarely ever used Dazing Strike, so I decided not to go with it as the majority won't…
This build has been getting spammed by Chinglish and Focuzed for ages. I don't know what you mean by keeping it secret. Flesh it out? Steal my limelight? wat
And in case anyone else is blind enough to continue crying about how I don't play CW - I do. Now stop whining about how the build is bad because I haven't played CW and actually specify what's wrong with it. Or is everyone simply buttmad and claiming stuff that they can't support with any actual evidence?
I don't? Because a couple comments ago I specifically said that I'd started playing CW. I made this build so that I could be sure I wouldn't have to repsec at a higher level. That is why I'm asking for criticism. If you can't give criticism and you can't provide anything other than vague comments about how the build is bad…
I went Renegade over Thaumaturge because when you break it all down, if you go Thaumaturge you'll be getting the first two rows of Renegade, and in reverse if you go Renegade. Therefore the feats which should be compared are the last three of the row. Renegade = 15% crit severity on Combat Advantage. Steal Time/Ray of…
It's not an analysis. Now find a problem with the build instead of simply asserting that it's flawed. ...and then you go on to speak of productivity. lolk. @ whoever asked why I'm @ 2/3 toughness, I shouldn't be. Thanks for pointing that out.
If you had read the Forewarning you wouldn't be confused. The skill calculator is missing a point. Therefore when you get in game and start speccing powers, you'll be left with one. That goes in Eye of the Storm. Since I don't need any more points in EotS, your comment on Maelstrom is sort of irrelevant as those are extra…
So "hours of gameplay of high-level play on streams" doesn't = acquiring data on animations, combo times, and damage output? Actually getting your friends who have 60s of the class to spec your build and see how it works out opposed to their prior builds doesn't count as acquiring that type of data? Stop spamming about how…
If you'd like to take credit then you are entitled to do so, at least in your mind. I made a CW and refined the build quite a while ago, then updated the stats here. Not your doing at all. From copying to claiming responsibility, now? Please refrain from the baseless assertions, have I not said this before? I did not ask…
If he had done that he would have criticized the build, not gotten mad about me not playing CW and commenting ONLY on that. I'm a prick to those who are likewise. If he had actually wanted to do something constructive he would have given examples of things to change or improve on, which he didn't. This isn't a guide. It's…
Path of the Blade is a skill I use for PvE when there are a lot of mobs usually bunched up. Only for certain dungeons. The skills I suggest at the top are for PvP since this is a PvP build. For PvE I use the same dailies but skills are Smoke Bomb, Blitz, and Lashing Blade/Path of the Blade. At-Wills = Sly Flourish and…
If you would like to critique my build, then critique the build, not me. By quoting that I've never played CW you haven't accomplished anything besides putting the fact that you're a ****** on display. You haven't made any constructive criticism on the build. There is no rule stating that you need to play CW to make a…
You're not using your Daily often enough for it to help that much. Also you usually use your daily as a finishing move on low enemies around half health. You won't need the extra damage/stealth the majority of the time as you'll be killing the enemy with that Daily.
Sorry but I haven't ever played GWF before, so I wouldn't be able to make a build for them. Perhaps in the future I'll learn how to play GWF. As for sandric, you use Tenacious Concealment instead of First Strike in PvE and you don't have much else to spec in for powers that is useful in PvP OR PvE. If you've ever gotten to…
Your question is actually the thing I had to think the longest on for this build. Of course it will do good damage, but will it do more than mocking knave? Overrun Critical hits 30% of your severity, not 30% severity. Meaning if you have 75% severity (which is what most people do) it will only hit 22.5% more. If your crit…
