yes they did you can no longer get 1-60 in that short time in sh. not sure what they droped it to. but I think its scaled by your level now .I believe someone can correct me if I'm wrong

every update on tuesdays are usually at 7AM PT sense this is a mod update might be longer then 2 hrs

go to ah ,go to all misc type in the wand you need ex.water seeker's wand they will pop up for 30k or more/less depending on wand.or they can be bought in tradebar

if we did get this which is very possible sense we have gotten everything so far. that has been in the game chages and what not, but i dont believe it will be this update. maybe with the new update that pc gets next month for sure

any +10 encounter is 100 % so that would be the crabs , the other encounters have a very low drop chance so you'll need to buy a water wand in the trade bar store or in the ah which i believe is 30k, but you'll need 2 wands. to get 100

we dont have wheel of elements it comes from a lock box, we dont have yet . and if your not to high level you can always a new toon for the latern. other then that their is a small chance to get it in a chest in dungeons

its not just the theme almost all themes cant be downloaded, tried the dishonored 2 ones same thing even my ff7 theme cant be downloaded

this game is nothing like pay to win, your not getting epic weapons in cash shop, of couse you can spend cash and transfer that into ad, but you can get everything you need through grind some take the easy way but calling this pay to win lol most of the 70's have almost perfect enchant, twisted set or BIS for them you cant…

once they start updating the zen store it will be there xbox and pc have the stand alone db race for 2500-3000 zen so we just gotta wait (xbox didnt have it when they first started either) just gotta ps4 ps4 version is quite new
