This is, in fact, about actual AD. It is not, however, a bug. By removing AD vouchers they are making us use our actual AD to rank up our guilds (especially if you do not have the Leadership means to do so). A poor attempt at trying to fix the in-game economy.

I have noticed this as well. My theory, they broke something relating to PvP queing and this is where they were standing when the que popped.

Just received 40% enchanted key coupon... Was about to buy Zen and take advantage of that and the sale that started today... BAM!!! Server goes down... Maybe they don't want my money after all
