My guess is they forgot to update the weapon mods with the changes they made in mod19. Essence Defiler was an at-will on healer warlock before that (the best one, actually...). Infernal Barrier uses the same art.

Yeah, I think it's a feature, not a bug. It's HAMSTER over healers pretty bad. Can't swap to astral shield when I need it now.

Yup, no artisan to be found. The event description just says have to do intro quest for summerfest and have a basic workshop -I did the summerfest intro quests last year, and my workshop is maxed. No artisan. Last year's disappeared.

I just got DCd from the game and can't get back in. The .exe launch doesn't help at all, the problem for me is logging in, whether it's in the launcher or the game client.

I did a heroic encounter in one of the Elemental Evil zones, and ever since I haven't been able to accept any rewards for heroic encounters. It says I "already have the item". This also means that heroics don't count for quests that need them, like the new campaign weeklies.
