This morning I logged onto the portal using firefox on my laptop, and completed all my leadership tasks. I then opened up NWO on my laptop and checked my currency tab, and I had 1800 rough astral diamonds. So it wasn't automatically refined.

I have no idea why people are calling this a wall of text. It's a well written, properly spaced letter. I mean really, the title even says "open letter". If you don't know what that means, then the blame is on you for being surprised by a post longer than two sentences.

This kind of statement always makes me foam at the mouth. The incentive to do the dungeons is because you like playing the damned game.

I'll never understand people who want to finish dungeons as quickly as possible, skipping as much trash as they can, using cheats and exploits and glitches to get though it with as little gameplay as they can. What's the point? So they can get to the end and get their gear, which they then use in the next run to not fight?…

While I understand most of your points, the reality is that they've built a system that benefits them commecially. They want you to have to spend money to improve your crafts.
