Idk how but its working now. I was able to change to that loadout, and for what i see the problem was that aparently i sell delete or idk what one of my artifac so i guess it was unable to equip that cuz wasn't in my inventory. But its working now ty for the help.

it doesn' t say what item its no able to equip. And no there is no item in cooldown.

For what i been experience the aggro of this particularly character after i fight a npc its huge, cuz after i kill the npc if there any other npc far away in that area my character stay in combat. Today we have an update and i still have the bug. Just like the repel bug where i cannot hit or kill witches in barovia cuz cause me to crash into the blue screen.
