I confirm that on both characters where I had the error. Once I picked a paragon path, the error was resolved and didn't appear again. I did it separately on both to control variables. I did not have to do anything further like create a second loadout. Picked a path, zoned into workshop and error gone.

I suspect this might be related to hitting the "apply to all loadouts" button when you have only one loadout.

I have 53 character slots and this happens once or twice each cycle. It helps when I camp all of them in the same location as it's more prevalent when switching zones between characters. It also largely goes away if I pause for a second or three after changing characters on the main screen before entering the world. But I…

Greycloak's Rapier (from Defender of Neverwinter Supplies) is equipable, but doesn't count as a weapon, so no offensive moves can NOT be used if it's in the main hand slot.

With that kind of maintenance outage, they should reset the devotion cycle and professions morale too!
