1. PSN Account Names CANNOT be changed. Only passwords, or associated emails. And, you need to have access to the current email account to even change the email to a new one. One thing I have noticed on console-MMOs, when compared to years of PC-MMO-Gaming, console players do not seem to "get it". I think we just need to educate them...and have some patience. Sorry, my comment was not meant to be directed to any specific person/people...except maybe those that show up and feel the need to start new threads complaining about not being able to play "for a whole two hours", without getting/understanding the "emergency" part. ;)

If Cryptic would gives us a simple "Ignore PERMAENTLY" option for ingame, then maybe we would be able to get rid of the spammers on the LFG Channel...then we wouldn't have to worry as much about getting a team of all "healers" that are really built for DPS. ;) As it is now it seems that even the goldsellers are only…

I just wish that people that claim to be playing a "healer" would actually HEAL their team members. I don't care what "class" you are playing. But, if you are taking up the "healer" slot in an epic dungeon then at least HEAL people.
