My Neverwinter account stolen?

I was playing never winter when my psn account was stolen from under my feet. I was signed out mid game. I check my email and it says my psn id has been changed. What steps do I take. Can I get it back? What about my personal info?

No offense intended but psn accounts don't just randomly get stolen like that. You must've given your sign in details to some random person claiming they'd either power level or add a cod hack to your acc or something similar. Anyway deny or admit, good luck getting it back. Maybe you just signed up to some phishing site using your psn details, when will people learn. lol

Yea you will need playstation support for this matter. No clue how they changed your PSN id. Thought this was permanent

1. PSN Account Names CANNOT be changed. Only passwords, or associated emails. And, you need to have access to the current email account to even change the email to a new one. I have personally had a problem with this in the past when I lost access to an email account an wanted to change it for my PSN.

2. This is a problem to take up with Sony Entertainment...good luck.

You should also get hold of Cryptic support and ask them to suspend your account, giving details of what happened and what you are doing about it - getting them onside now can prevent you losing stuff or recover it later: https://support.arcgames.com/app/home

Never give real personal info to anyone!!! EVEN PSN or even your cellphone! Just make up a name, also never put your debit card info on your phone or PS! if you use a debit card.

If you do this willingly & give it to a stranger than something is totally wrong with you!

As this is a support matter, I highly suggest that you visit both Arc Support and PlayStation Support. If you had any bank cards tied to your account, I also strongly suggest you call your bank and have fraud alerts placed on them. However, as this is a support matter, I am closing this thread.
