Here, is a code i got on the email, and it works for everyone,

SO if you got a code plz post it here,

only works until 1 may, so hurry

    BTW... I have tried to follow the instructions to redeem codes... but it does not work.

    You need to have arc installed on your computer ,it won't work if you just log onto arc without arc being installed because the redeem option menu doesn't appear.

    i got a Epic Archon companion , Worth 1m AD, so i guess i was lucky, my m8 just got a blue weapon Worth like 8k AD

    I have to DL and install Arc. I play the game via Steam. I will dl it and use the code.

    I got the same thing - ARC says its expired...even though not May 1.

    didnt work for me either says "Internal Error"

    This is something they need to fix since in the e-mail it didn't say that only a certain amount of people could claim it. All that was stated was claim before May 1st. I would prefer not to receive codes in my e-mail if I'm going to be unable to claim them.
    stealth is survival skills (and not tanking skills, that is really different)
    stealth is damage
    stealth is mobility
    stealth is everything
    everything is stealth
    Stealth make TR OP, but lack of stealth make TR useless.

    Well, if it turns out to be a limited supply item. You could focus your ire on the folks making such codes public knowledge. And basically giving them away to people who did not get the email.

    It says "Claim your gift by May 1st". SO it is not limited supply. Something went wrong I think.

    I just checked my mail that was the same code I got also says it's expired so maybe next time no one share the codes unless they sub to pwe to be fair?:confused:

    edit: going to send a ticket to see whats going on.

    Its not unreasonable to think that if they sent out, say 5000 emails. That they might of limited ARC to be able to only redeem 5000 claims. They have done this before with other promos like their twitch streams.

    sub? my friend got the codes, but i dident, so i tried it, and it worked, why do some player get the code and some dont?

    My code also says it is expired even though it is nowhere close to May 1st yet.

    It could have been that you would have gotten an e-mail next week with a diff code I think they do codes by burst like they do in sto.

    logic guys.... it wouldnt have said be sure to use before may 1st if it was limited... but why di they giv everyone the exact same code? i dont care i got a epic archon myself outta a lockbox yea this game is deff going the way of a crack head prostitute needing her next fix... down

    Haven't been around to play or check the forums today. Just got the code not too long ago, tried it and says "expired". I sent them a twitter message hoping to at least flag someone down. I finally get a special offer email from them, pretty disappointed not being able to claim it.

    Same here, Code says it is expired. Why even send out the email if it is going to expired before being able to be used. This had better get fixed. I sent in a support ticket already. I got the email, I should get the item.
