"Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out". What is the reason of such message?

    Account server is down? I get it too, and on the gateway it says server is undergoing maintenance.

    I'm also having this issue. Logging into the arc page for support, arc defender has told me that I'm logging in from a new computer..... which I'm not. Successfully completing the defender verification hasn't resolved the issue

    I was in the middle of the GG PvP here and we're about to win only 4mn remain and then THIS ****ING **** HAPPEN? WHAT THE **** IS WITH THIS SERVER?

    I try to understand that they are putting all efforts into getting mod 6 right. But all these bugs lately doing a little bit of real maintenance to live server might not be a bad idea.

    Same thing here. From the launcher (using Arc): Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out

    (Edited: Same issue when I launch directly, without using Arc.)

    SAME!!! Tiamat 100% LOST! I run home from job for this, and ERROR! Same error with 3 computers, with and without launcher! GRRR
