Screw this, I got the imperial cloak 3 days ago since I saw the new off-hands change I thought it would be a safer bet to get the neck piece with my linu's.
I'm all for a new, better piece of gear, but don't just make it worthless like that and make our efforts useless.
I spent quite a few days in that painful Tiamat <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, with more fails than successes, leave the old stuff at same prie and make the new pieces more expensive.

I wonder what their idea of the progression might be. That people actually get and refine a set of 60 artifact gear and then a set of 70?

I mean it would make sense if they would give a decent amount of RP like Artifacts so you could effectively farm the campaigns, but buying those pretty much makes no sense.

They are really driving this game into the ground. I took a week break since I was on vacation and the inclination to play since coming back has been close to none. While I understand new major expansions means new gear and replacing the old, the whole refining this and that is getting entirely depressing.

The prizes for 60 cloaks went up in the wake of double RP weekend and people are wasting RP right now. I don't know, that doesn't feel right.

as far as main hands look at dragon artifact that we make with dragon gems claws and steel in the campain
we get 1 lv 70 of our choice and a random lv 60 weapon
no way to see the new wepon yet but there is the proff we are getting them

also look at each campain store and see all the old cloaks and belts

I have now refined a main-hand, off-hand, cloak, belt, and three artifacts to Legendary only to see them replaced within a few months of them being released. I have no motivation whatsoever to start over refining an entire new batch of slightly better equipment.

Why would I when the new stuff is just going to be replaced in a few months?

I'm making the Artifact Weapon box that says you can get a level 70 or level 60 one out of it. I'll let you guys know what I get in 20 hours.

It says it's a CHOICE between the lvl 70 one or the box that has the lvl 60 ones. ToD store under Artifact Weapons just has the lvl 60 ones that cost 6 shards.

The Seldarine, Lathendar, and BI Cloak & belts can be purchased real cheap at Dread, Sharandar, and Icespire.

I'm sure those WoD Dragons have an ideal as to wear the Greater belts are!!!

The same way you got the old one , run the task in the ToD campaign tree and you can get the lvl 70 mainhand ,it takes 20 hours though.

You said that I can get them through the old Tod Campaign. Does this mean that the level 60 artifact weapons will be obsolete and completely replaced by the new level 70 ones or I would have the option to choose between them? If so, are the materials needed to make the level 70 artifact equip the same as the old level 60 artifact MainHand?

anyway i will refine what have to lose is double rp anyway i guess i can use my old gear into the new anyway thats it i never accused anyone but this no respect to players to add things that they are not in patch notes.
