Missing/Lost astral diamonds from auction house

Is this happening to anyone else? I had placed a bid on an item, but later decided it wasnt worth waiting for 4 days so i bought it out. When I went to my mailbox I was expecting my item and the return of the astral diamonds from my bid. When I opened up my mailbox, I only had 1 new mail and it was the item. The astral diamonds from the bid was no where to be found. I'm pretty upset about this mostly due to losing 782,565 astral diamonds. I just hope they fix this and somehow compensate me for such a huge loss.

    Yes I suffered the same bug a week or two ago but never reported it due to my loss only being a few thousand AD but same as you I bid on the item I wanted then bought it out and never got my initial bid back .

    I choked a bit when I saw that amount. Rarely int his game have I ever had that amount of AD, but to have 800k + more on top of that? Yeeeash o.O.

    I've heard of this bug before, but with things running so silent on it I figured it had gone away. Sorry for your loss, but thanks as well for bringing it up that it's still around.

    What's really messed up about this is if you happen to bid against yourself, you do get your money back. It's just buying out after bidding that's bugged, to my knowledge.

    I think this bug has been around forever. Because of this I never, ever place a bid on anything, I only do buy-outs. Especially when I see new copies of items appearing with lower buy-outs than the most recent bids on the same item with 4 days left to go.

    I'm not saying my way is the right way, but it's it's the safest way: only shop buy-out listings and decide if the buy-out price is worth it for you. If not, move-on to something else.

    I'm having the issue of losing AD after someone else placing a higher bid than me.
    to be precise, i had 6800 AD. and after the bids somewhere around 4500AD left. so i ended up losing about 2k AD. tho the time on the items hasnt expired yet. so i hope to get my AD back after that still..

    It sounds like you only need to go to the mail and get your money back. It is not automatically returned to your inventory.

    me too. Lost over 50,000 AD I am about to uninstall this HAMSTER game. It's got more bugs than a Louisiana swamp!
