Hello again, here am i again and looks like this are going fine, they are follow the rules and now as i predicted 3 hours past and the server was restored, we may need to wait a little longer, as the system need to be sync, i mean you need to restore the characters and the account as equal as it possible.
They are doing this by the book and we may need to wait for more 2 hours until they have all rollbacked, to the last state possible.
Some of us may lose rank points for instance from the last match, look in to the static facts, but as the restore was the action choose, we may have this problem again, and it's make me think about the real problem here.
As we all know they can't reveal some information, as it is sensible to the business, but rest assured that they are trying to do the best to restore the game first, and only then will look for the cause.
Standard procedure in this cases, good luck guys and have a nice one.

Well, just before this perma server down happened it was working in and out, whan i tried to jump instances, some maps like "dread ring" kept saying "there are no instances for this map" when it used to have..

I really would like to know what caused the outage, as a techy, I like to know that type of information, I hate being kept in the dark
The only thing I've ever seen that could tombstone the LAN stack is duplication & replication. Servers are probably a mesh network mass replication causes mass duplication because of one technical error in SLC routing statements.
Still down here. Oh well, if losing the celestial synergy coins is the worst thing that happens to me all year, I'll count myself bloomin' lucky. :-D Now, more boozing!

At any rate, from what I've been able to gather across PWE's Network O' Forums is that the East Coast datacenter is still on the fritz.
and they wonder why we maintain our own data centers and don't move to "The Cloud" providers
