Neverwinter Enthusiast Pack (Bug report - resolved)

If you are awarded this gift and have purchased the Dragon expansion. DO NOT REDEEM it with a character that has allready gotten the Dragon Hoard backpack.

It is a unique item and you cannot have 2, also you cannot access the other items in pack. And it is character bound not acct so you cannot xfer it.
Moderator Update:

Some updates and clarification:
The fix on Preview makes it so you can open the Pack and get the Dragon Hoard bag on that character in addition to the account wide one that you might already have or will get with the Dragonborn Legend pack. Claim it on the character you want the Dragon Hoard bag on, as it is Bind on Pickup to the Character, not account.

If you've deleted your Dragonborn Legend pack's bag in order to claim the Dragon Hoard bag from this Enthusiast's Pack, you'll be able to reclaim the Dragon Hoard bag from your Dragonborn Legend Pack in the Reward Claims Agent when the fix goes live. If you are still unable to claim your DH bag from your DL pack on the Claims Agent, please file an in-game GM Help Request on that character.

Update: This fix is set to go live in this morning's patch!

Here's the patch notes:
Patch Notes NW.35.20141208a.5
Items
Resolved an issue with claiming the bag from the Enthusiast Pack.

What's in this pack? It just seems odd that they'd offer a pack that is incompatible with another pack that a person may have already bought... *shrugs*

Can a Mod try to get clarification on this?? Maybe some official word.... seems kinda crappy to reward someone for spending money on a game and supporting it, by giving them something that they may have already gotten when they spent the money. Seems to me they should make it so you can equip more than one Dragon Hoard, just like the Greater Bag of Holding can be equipped multiple times.

    A response would be awesome.

Not everyone purchased the legendary Dragonborn pack. it's a good gift for the many, many, many others who don't have this. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Be happy you got anything at all. I suspected it was all BoP and the "unique" items has always been that way since alpha/beta days. Simply empty and toss the Dragonhoard bag on the toon you want to claim this stuff, then claim it and use (or discard to reclaim another) Dragonhoard bag. It's not rocket science.

And since I'm posting on the subject: Thank you Cryptic for a nice unexpected gift.

Yah, Redeemed it and can't open it, since I already have the Dragon Hoard bag. My Enthusiasm was even higher until I tried to open the pack it went back down. :(

I did not get anything at all. The DHpack is in bag, you cannot have more than 1 unique item, if you open the bag you get more than 1, THEREFORE you cannot open the bag.

I see some people getting nasty, so I wanted to clarify what I am saying.

something "free" is nice.... however if you are going to give a gift, EVERYONE who receives it should be able to use ALL of it. Why should someone who did not invest $75 into a DBP get a free 30slot bag as a gift, yet someone who DID spend that money be shorted that bag because they already bought it.

I am not trying to take it away from the guy who did not buy one, I just want to be able to enjoy it as well.

And I am NOT being elitist, I am the farthest thing from it, but at the same time, I want my investment to mean something, and by giving away what I paid for and not letting me enjoy the same FREE benefit, they are lessening the value of my purchase.

Exactly this!! Pls cryptic help us out in here. We supporters would like to enjoy this gift as well!! Pls do something about it ;)

So how does one get this pack? I saw someone mentioning loyalty, are they then giving them to everyone? (which seems doubtful)

Another example of supporters getting screwed. Solution: stop supporting them, then you don't have to worry about false "sales", or other people getting the loot anyway.

My guess is that you had to buy and spend a certain amount of zen in the game, and I'm thinking high numbers.

The ones that really spend a lot of money don't really get anything free! They are not that type of business model! They could care less if you continue to spend your money with them! So don't expect any reward for spending money!

Not sure what you had to purchase in the past to get this "Loyalty pack" So far I purchased the Hero founder, Feywild, ranger and Guardian Pack + thousands zen. Perhaps I need to spend more to be considered a loyal member of the neverwinter club.

That seems odd to me. I haven't spent money since before mod4 launched and I got one.
