The other 5 dragons had their hp increase, but not the heralds (the ones in the new area).
isnt it the other way round? ie the WOD dragons got buffed but the tyranny ones stayed the same?

The tyranny dragons were buffed quite sometime ago after a lot of players started to complain because they couldn't get great success. Their HP were increase and certain criteria was changed so people could get great success. Now this dragons are getting the same changes, at least the increase in HP.
We restarted the shard to test some video memory adjustments, please let me know if you see any missing textures such as white squares or other new graphical phenomena.
Its better at least in IWD takes about a second to load in textures a lot better than it was. also in PE seems better no more white no texture tiger mount.

Well last night I went to PE, and saw a inferno nightmare in front of me... all the flames on it were yellows squares... and went to the bank... as I got to the bank the whole building turned white

On test or in current game.. because on live its almost nothing but white squares and other funky things. And it seems the higher the settings and better the graphics card the worse it is. Whenever i enter PE it looks like its a minecraft christmas extravaganza.

This sort of thing had been common for me since mod 3, along with inventory and crafting icons taking forever to load. I've seen these phenomena predominantly in IWD and PE so I kind of linked it to more populated areas, though I was never sure how much of the issue related to my graphics settings or a driver update and how much was the game. I don't recall experiencing this on the test server.
Your server change did not work for me. I did make a change to my graphic settings last night which seems to have resolved the issue for me so far. I wrote this in reply to a thread in the Bug Reports section last evening:

Since launch I had Character Texture Detail and World Texture Detail set to 100. Once IWD launched I would rarely, but occasionally, have brief texture issues if I was on for a long time and zoned a lot. Most notably the world map would not load the background all the way when selecting a new zone.
Once Mod 5 launched I have had serious texture issues like in the OP. This would happen when I would zone, stop talking to an NPC, etc... It would happen all the time and was highly annoying.
I used the GeForce Experience Optimization tool and it changed Character Texture Detail and World Texture Detail values from 100 to 200. The issues persisted.
I decided to change those 2 sliders manually from 200 all the way down to 75. The graphics quality decreased noticeably but not bad in my opinion. Since I changed them down to 75 I have not had the texture issue at all.
So it seems to me that this issue which started for me slightly in IWD and seriously with ToD has something to do with the Character Texture Detail setting and/or the World Texture Detail setting. Where 100 was fine for me in the past it is not working right now... Let alone at 200 where nVidia thinks it should be based on my rig specs.
During tiamat, the initial start is glitchy but runs ok. graphics and effects are not loading. Then around the end of the 1st round when clerics need to be protected again, its an utter slowdown.
Not sure whats happening behind the scenes but there is a chunk about that mark

Origami Christmas, and all my characters are usually bald and pantsless for minutes after loading in, and sometimes even just from moving over a few meters. (I mean on live, which I do not presume to be much different to preview right now.)
Quest givers just get a giant white square over their head for minutes as well, so I cannot tell without speaking to them if they have something new or something outstanding.
I have tried restoring default graphic settings and tweaking them but there was no discernible change in performance.

It's not as bad as it was but still there.
Now only a few textures glitch while riding around. However these few textures tend to take much longer to resolve themselves than they did previously.
For instance it took the Amnian Horse at least three minutes to get it's brown color. It was textured but it was white for three minutes. Many animated textures such as flags and bushes will remain stark while meshes for a similar length of time as well although it is important to note it's only a few at a time. I would say 90% of textures load fine and then the last 10% gets choked up.
The fields of white boxes have gone away which is great but there's still a lot of improvement to be had.
Hi,
Like ambisinisterr says. Better, but far away from be repaired, textures loads only faster but it repeadly loads the textures if i open/close my inventar and other stuff of the UI or if i mount on. And it seems to taunt cryptic errors.
Another question, could we please get lesser and greater dragonglyphs from Tiamat and the encounter in the Well Of Dragons? They are pretty neat but it seems they only dropp in (epic) lair of lostmauth and (epic) shores of tuern. To farm both to get some greater dragonglyphs is pretty annoying in addition to Tiamat and the new encounters because of the big time sink...
Platypus wielding a giant hammer, your argument is invalild!
