This is not mod5 bug, it is happening since mod 3. I think it depends on server load, as it gets worse after each new module start and then slowly gets better.
Me think it's a memory leak/GFX issue.
Every instance chance or character change it gets worse.
I recommend a restart of the client after 20 instance changes or character changes.

Yes, it has been in the game since beta. It's definitely exacerbated by load- PE at busy times, for example, does it. Right now, there are loads of fallow players checking out mod 5, so the game is struggling a lot.
I really hate the associated minute+ delay for the contents of your bags to load, at busy times, too. I don't. Even.
Well, there has been a weird graphics glitch in Dread Ring for some time now - don't know if anyone reported it. It is in that passageway/narrow canyon to the lower part of the "phantasmal" area. Hard to describe location, but a chunk of that area looks like some kind of purple landscape in the far distance (hole in near landscape).
Anyway, I have not noticed any significant permanent glitches in WoD area. I do get the infrequent poor graphics load from time to time where everything looks a bit "gooey" for a few seconds . . .

I know the bit you mean. The maps have "portals" between areas, which generally are narrow pinch points to occlude as much as possible- like that tunnel. There's a problem with that one, where you can't see the "next map" like you normally can. What you can see is probably skybox/large scale environment texture of some kind.
Meanwhile, my favourite new bug is that character hair seems to appear a little bit after the character, when you zone/load in. It's similar to the way that your default/preferred character is initially naked on the selection screen- only weirder

It's definitely more noticeable in Mod 5. Every time after I speak to an NPC the graphics glitch. That's when I see it the most frequently.

Oh yeah - I know that one, too! Character screen always has some interesting graphics issues from time to time.

My texture loading issues are definitely worse since Mod 5. Usually after Caer Konig gets through an initial load, it's fine, but now as I move around to talk to NPCs, it's like the textures have to reload every time I reposition myself. It looks dreadful.

Yup it happens now more often than not, is like every move, mostly:
1. talk to npc
2. get out of npc talk (shops)
3. load inventory if you are on bank or extra window.
4. load area (first load is always)
5. more than 20ppl encounters
6. gauntlerym when it gets crowded
7. after movie scenes
8. heroics some
my pc is:
Dual SLI Gforce GTX 670, 3gb/ram ddr5
Dual Intel I7, 12cores (6cores each)
16gb ram ECC 1600
not even shadow of mordor slows down to the max graphs with more than 30orcs getting their HAMSTER kicked.
