Devoted Cleric Astral Fury: Now correctly improves damage when ranks are purchased. Break the Spirit: No longer incorrectly increased damage by more than expected in some cases. Forgemaster's Flame: No longer incorrectly increased damage by more than expected in some cases.

Tiamat's Bane Achievement: Fixed a case where the "Tiamat's Bane" achievement was being granted incorrectly. This heroic deed will now only be recognized after successfully defeating Tiamat.
Well of Dragons: Cover of Night Heroic Encounter: Rojadio the Invincible was living up to his name a little too much. He now properly becomes vulnerable when Sandesyl shows up to strip him of his magical protections.
Well of Dragons: Dragons should now properly retreat if their Heroic Encounter timer runs out, instead of suddenly vanishing in a puff of logic.
Well of Dragons: Fixed an issue where the dragon encounters could erroneously despawn if certain conditions were met.
Well of Dragons: The weekly quest, "Reclaiming the Hoard," can now be received on day one, after completing the quest "Factional Assets." Previously, it could only be taken after completing "An Extended Rest," the following day.
Items and Economy
Crucibles awarded from the Nine Hells lockbox can now be opened to grant the appropriate version of that item instead of one that does not work for both Jewelcrafting and Alchemy. Any new Crucibles gained will be the correct version.
Ring of the Dragonslayer properly scales with your level again.
Token of Chromatic Storm from the Nine Hells lockbox is now BoE. If you received one before 11/20 and need an unbound version, please contact customer support.
User Interface
The PvP campaign will once again display your correct campaign progress.

I'd also like to note that divine sun burst does not do any DoT, resulting in no damage even dealt.
And some testing should be conducted on/how/where the massive damage debuffs/buffs are coming from resulting in a dragon, ect. dying unnaturally fast. Possibly divine divine glow can be stacked or something else is causing it.

I can confirm that SoD is now broken in other ways. There are two issues:
As assa202020 also pointed out, SoDs damage output is too low. I'm dealing over 16k damage between SoD activation and end, but the power only strikes for 3k.
I'm also getting double procs with Plague Fire as shown here:
There are two activations at the start of the sequence and SoD also strikes twice at the end.
I surely was one of the Rouges who did the most DMG while SoD was broken (like 7.2kk in 16 sec), but i also think that this fix will nerf wont make the Rouge important anymore. There are Warlocks who do more single target DPS (with the broken Hellfire) than rouges now again. Kinda sad. I, for myself, thought it would be good to let SoD stack 5 times. Clearly now you could let it stack 40times (per Rouge) and even more. Do not kill our rouges again please.

By the way, please tell me - Warlock "Soul bonding" is now 125% transfers or remained as before - 200%? (on the RU servers seem do not found time to update the description of skills).

1. Looks like Shadow of Demise used to procs for hits independently and not stacking (summing all in the 6 seconds period) the damage.
Especially prominent in two cases:
a.Invis->smoke.
b.smoke->invis.
on smoke->invis DotS are proc-ed independently
on Invis->smoke looks like the sum is not correct.
Now when the independand procs are disabled it will count the first hit only.
Stealth->WR->lashing will count the WR only.

2. Perhaps a matter of taste, but can we please have the old walking animation back ??
This one has a gorilish/thugish taste to it. The shoulders are locked and arms have a weird curve. In addition the walking combat stance has the main weapon floating around. The original one was much more elegant and, imo, fitting Rogues that are supposed to be fast and nimble and not thugs, and even the "I wonna fly" slo-mo running one at least was funny.
(I'm referring to the female TR animation, no idea how it is on males)

Haha, not all the patch notes are written by me. A lot of the notes are written by the devs, I just edit them to make them more player facing when possible.

Nobody is useless in PVE. PVE is a cakewalk. Just go in and have fun and all that stuff
