That's a load of nonsense. When sentinel exhaust his 3 encounters, what does he do? Spam at-wills for ~15 seconds. How much sentinel's at wills do? About 1k each, is that about right? Well, guess what, destroyer does twice that, can go into unstoppable much more often, his cooldowns are faster, his encounters hits harder.
Ofc, sentinel survives better, what did you expect? But a sentinel can never outdps a destroyer with similar spec. Impossible.

As for PVE, like I said I was soloing lvl 62 Icewind Pass Epic HEs with near zero effort, the lifesteal returns are CW level. And a Sentinel using DS goes into Unstoppable quite often.

I even implemented dmg of encounters with destro stacks.
I talk strictly about pvp. And there dps means nothing. Its about burst dmg, that can realistically be applied. And there a sent outperforms a destro by a huge margin. Why do u guys dont see it? You dont want to?
Seems like I have to respecc to sent again, call up some of my gwf buddies to do the same, and then farming pvp with 3+ sents and clearing mid in under five seconds. Oh, and gg pvp is even funnier with such a lineup.

Now here's some input on the new Sentinel. Last night I copied my retired 18.6 Destroyer to test and made him a Sentinel. No gear change, just the feats. I ended up with 34k HP, 9K Power, 2500 ArmP, 45% Deflect at max WM, 45% crit chance at max WM, 47% DR... my toon aint got full bis gear. I tested both GPF and Greater Vorpal, the GPF worked better. The build itself turned out way beyond my expectations. Since Ive been away from PVP for some time I never saw what the new Sent can do till last night and its insane. I went to the pass and pretty much soloed the Mother Lode with near zero effort. With 10% Life Steal any Intimidation proc filled me up. The damage is great, comparable if not greater to a Destroyer but the Sentinel is way more tanky, way. And this is the issue - a super tanky Sent dispatching lvl 62 corrupted undead faster than same gear Destro while nvr falling under 50% HP. This doesnt sound like there is balance between the roles of a softer/dps GWF and a tougher/less dps GWF. If this remains I predict a mass respec for all active GWFs into Sentinels since whats the point of being a softer Destroyer who cant compete damage wise. On a single target (boss) the Destro should still be higher but who cares about that? What matters is that in PVP the Sent can survive anything and kill even the Rangers now, while in PVE he can actually both tank and dps. The GWF is made to be just a 1-path class again.

Give us 4 or more power/item bar profiles so we can change powers and items with one click that are suited for the situation.

No offense, but in PvP everybody does their best to kill the CW. Unless you got on some pillar, you will be ganked by about 2-3 players chaining CCs at the start of the game.
As for a 1vs1 situation, there is no escaping a GWF as a CW. Dodges are predictable and you can wait with FLS at the end of it, Rush, Takedown, IBS. I can do that on my ****ty GWF too and I am one of the worst GWFs out there. As for the new AoE build, it's almost impossible to dodge, its animations are too fast, just like Disruptive for example on HR or FLS.
Add to this the fact that sometimes the node is red, and what do you know, you as a CW will have to step on the node with whatever the class is on it to make it stop bleeding points.
The "ranged" classes in this game rarely have the opportunity to play ranged and nuke easily from afar like you see in other MMOs. Here kiting is king, with some rotation intertwined when you manage to land a CC.
My bad,There is a red crit for 47K damage.I must of stopped it just before.But that dose not explain why the log didn't not say it till after she inv. and leaves the SF and why it only showed that 1 hit and not any others.I know she was lagging but why would the log lag and not her to.But any one can cut in stuff for video easy now days it is easy.And a laggy video make it even more easy.Now tell me how dose the GF a 20k gs hit for 47k dmg on this cw a 20k gs and hits a 10k or so gs cw for the same or less dmg?Just doesn't add up.
It is Mark+KC+Anvil+whatever buggy calculations/multipliers that occur in this game often, and not only for the GF class. That is a STREAM man. She was STREAMING, the video was no edited. That GF also hit all kinds of ranges from 27K to 92K on his Youtube video.

If the stream is lagging, it doesn't mean the GAME is. Her log was hidden beneath the Twitch chat pane. She died, copy/pasted the hit from the log, while waiting to ressurect. The stream was lagging so you can't see all the details. The big red hit however and the fact that Twitch VODS as he one you see are RECORDINGS of something that happened LIVE make the video fully legit.

Well, to put it bluntly, as long as you were hit while being marked, challenged, maybe even 'Ironed by a tide' by a GF Conqueror with buffx5 and the best single target damaging encounter GFs have, I see nothing wrong. GFs also tend to use GPF in addition to high ArmPen so you can forget about your DR.

I think Tenacity needs an update cause with the new TR and all this crazy dmg everyone will just one shot everyone. Also all those buffs and potions should be removed from pvp.
edit: Add to that only 4 enchants of the same type and only one of each type of artifacts.

I'll just talk about PVE since i don't PVP much nowdays.

I tried this new hybrid build and the DPS increase is huge. Don't get me wrong, I still firmly believe the GWF needs some DPS love and for the first time since like, mod 2, I think with this configuration the DPS is where it should be. But coming from the tank path??? Without picking a Capstone (tier 5) feat? This is bad design and just feels like cheating. Remember when all players wanted DG to just be moved deeper into the Destroyer tree? Well they essentially did that but for the tanky path, which makes no sense at all. Now 2 utility powers that had no damage at all, do the MOST damage compared to any other powers if you have a high power stat (IBS included!!! ) and they keep offering their utility. While I'm not asking for nerfs to our damage output, I think they should move more DPS to the DPS path. It just doesn't feel like it's working as it's supposed to be working. Get rid of all the stack <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> too, every other class just burns everything with burst damage.
Then again at the end all they will do is bring out the nerfbat and make both paths useless so I better stop talking now.
