Sharandar Rewards - Still bugged

Ok, i have send like 6/7 ticket for these bug but never get answer, so is the time to report it on the forum.

I still have the quest "Sharandar Rewards", becouse if i open the campaign window the quest don't go ahead. I try to do everyting to finish it, but nothing work and i still no had answer from the ticket. Anyone can help me?

    Tick the box at the bottom of the interface that says "view by location".

    From the wiki...looks like three things you have to do...if they don't work it's probably bugged.

    Learn about the rewards available from the Sharandar Campaign
    • The View Rewards Button by pressing the Campaign button at the top of the screen which opens the Campaigns window, then pressing the View Zone Rewards button in the bottom-left of the Campaigns window to open the Rewards window.
    • View Reward Locations by pressing the Reward Locations button in the bottom-right of the Rewards window.

    Can't you drop it and retake it? , I did it so long ago I can't remember ,if you can maybe that would help

    you need to talk with one of the NPC that stand around in sharandar and he will open the location reward window for you, then the quest will be completed

    What are we supposed to do? I've finished this quest on every character by following the steps. While changes to the game interface have made finishing it less straightforward than when the quest was first implemented, it is not bugged for everyone.

    Not finishing it results in you not receiving 431 experience which currently doesn't even do anything for your character since you are at max level. If it's bothering you so very much having it incomplete, abandon it. You miss out on absolutely nothing.

    This was like this and unable to complete on my first toon, my CW. And that was a LOOOooooooooonnnng time ago. Id say just over a year. D:

    Couldn't have been a year for the sharandar stuff...didn't come out til Mod1 which I think was in august. But anyway back to OP.

    Yes I have seen this on one of my toons...don't remember how I officially got it to go away. The one that I generally get bugged on is the one that says press P to open your power window in the low level tutorial. I think they fixed that one at some point.

    And you have ticked the little box in the lower right of the campaign interface that says "view by location" and it still won't resolve?

    I've got this issue on my TR, I've tried dropping and re-accepting the quest multiple times. For me the place where the quest gets stuck is opening the campaign window, not viewing the rewards. When I first accept the quest I get the notification from Sargent Knox to open the campaign window, but when I do the quest doesn't progress any for me.

    Simply opening the campaign window is not the entire task to do. I'll see if one of my characters hasn't started sharandar yet and see if I can get some screens of the actual process but it looks like you all are just missing the step where you have to place a checkmark in the By Location check box on the bottom right of the second step in the Collections Window.

    Well, all my 60's have already did that part. However, here is what you need to do.

    You start in the Campaign Screen, not the Collections Screen, as shown below.

    I realize that opening the campaign window isn't the entire task, but I can never get to the part where the workaround comes into play. Whenever I pick up the quest I get the notice from Sergent Knox to open the campaign window and when I open the campaign window the quest doesn't pregress to the view rewards part like it ought too.

    How are you opening the campaign window? With a hotkey or the top menu bar? Try opening it with the menu bar button.

    I've only ever tried opening the campaign window through the top menu bar, I don't have a hot key assigned to my campaign window

    Very weird. Just to make sure, have you clicked the view rewards and then did the check box anyway, despite it not telling you to?

    If that doesn't or didn't work, please file an in-game GM Help Request or Support Ticket (not as a bug report) and see what the GMs tell you.

    nope checking that box doesn't solve the problem, I'll go ahead and contact support and pm you in regards to what they told me.

    update: ticket has been submitted and the reference number is #150217-002286.

    Support is proving itself to be rather counterproductive as usual. I was directed to a page on the NW wiki that was a guide about how to complete the quest, despite providing a screenshot and a blurb describing that my quest would not progress past the open campaign window. I've updated my ticket and provided more screenshots showing that I have followed the "workaround" for said quest and it doesn't work (for me at least). hopefully something other than the usual "this appears to be an in-game bug please submit a bug report" response.
