So, they've enabled healing depression and disabled PvE potions while flagged for PvP. So they clearly do not agree with your opinion of what the area should be in terms of rules. However, they haven't yet disabled companions, which is what is missing now to make it all a more fun experience for everyone.
Thanks for adding this feature. Me and my guildies are very excited about it. We tested a lot of companions and already spent large amount of money preparing for this module. The basic plan is to make characters that are nearly unkillable due to CC resist and immense HP pool, and then get on voicechat and ride the PvP zones searching for victims, having copious amounts of fun. All of our tests were extremely productive. Many of us are people that accumulated pretty large amounts of ingame currency and have mostly nothing to spend on as we are pretty much already fully geared. The companion thing gives us something new to spend and theorycraft on.

PVP is a broken imbalanced game anyways. Why not have a section with wild wild west rules, anything goes.
Not like they cared about PVP balance too much in the past
