Once they have fixed the issue that took all of Cryptic's games offline.

I have a feeling I know why their servers are offline, that being said I can say no more about it.

Wanna see behind the curtain? Guess what, they ripped off as much WoW as they could but can't support it at the same capacity. Perfect World sucks ***.

One day for 1/100th of the content. Please, if you can't see how tiny this is then you haven't played anything bigger. These are people who hopped on the pay-for-advantage bandwagon and put something out there as fast as they could. The lack of support and technical infrastructure is just a sign of how little investment they've made in comparison to the money being spent by the users. "1 HAMSTER day" is just the tip of the iceburg- terrible latency, buggy play, and patches that do nothing more than re-release old content with new goals just starts to touch on what's beneath the surface. All of this is coming from a player who's probably (and foolishly) spent close to 1000 dollars playing this game- and I'm here to tell you, it's not worth it. If you wanna play a real mmo- pay the monthly fee and get on battle.net. I've played the original "Neverwinter" as well, and I will tell you that the systems for that game were much more true to the D&D system and allowed individual hosts to control the flexibility of the content that was released. Can you imagine this game with multi-classing, and world pvp? If you can, then roll back at least 10 years ago. Perfect world is pushing out a product that doesn't stack up. If you don't agree with me, I can certainly understand. I've made a significant investment in this product in hopes that future technology would enhance the original neverwinter platform- it hasn't. I will continue to play, and if you don't see me then you know why (because the Devs decided to ban me for expressing an opinion)

    Best Regards and Happy Hunting,

    Odin

I'm just saying that, I've been on my campus for some 10hours ish studying for midterms and all I wanted to do was spend some time on the game, after said midterms. I finally get home and the servers are down, but you don't see me bit****g about it like half the people here. Not arguing with you, but at the end of the day is playing the game going to help pay off loans, mortgage, and put food on the table? Then by all means, allow those players to rage at the devs for all the down time. ;)

edit: and that i logged onto wrong account lol

It's not about rage its about what you're paying for. Have you spent any money on this game? If not, then you've earned what you're getting- which is nothing.

Actually I should correct my previous statement. Cash isn't the only contribution worth while, time is the other. The two are interchangeable. If you're happy with what you've spent, please disregard my posts. I enjoy playing this game because of the people who play with me. As of late, those people have left, because this game continue to recycle content. Sure, there's new pvp gear, but how long are you going to enjoy playing it on 3 maps (2 domination, 1 Gaunt)? I'm not sure that all of this can be blamed on the content offered by new releases. Perhaps this games limitations are derived from the inflexibility of the original platform. If this is true, then these limitations are far more damaging than the developers lack of creativity.

This one is actually very good, and I like the Orb.

Also the Refining Chest you can buy, drops things worth your time. So I admit this one is a pretty good one. Short and fun. Never liked Swamps myself, but they did a good job with it.

I hope they are indeed extending it by a day as the servers were down for a long space of time.

    Question?

How is it that some players are getting multiples of the Druid companion, and some aren't getting any at all? I've literally done this CTA 60 times, and I've yet to get the companion. Is it possible that it's bugged for me?

I am genuinely curious. I've seen people mentioning that they've gotten 3 (or more) in less runs than I've done. Very confused about the drop rate!

I did the event on my HR probably 30 times without one Druid drop so I decided to switch it up and tried the event with my DC and got the Druid the first time around.
I like swampy environment and am enjoying the event (and the extended day) I'm not even very upset about the one shots. I hope the next event is just as fun :)

I feel you. 70 runs for me, and no Druid. Meanwhile, a LOT of other players are getting tons of them. :/

Needless to say, I gave up as well. It's pointless to keep running it, just to get the same items literally every single time.
